Signing in to your Wieppo official website will be required when posting on our official community or participating in promotions that we hold online.

You can either sign up for a Wieppo account via your email address or sign in with your Facebook or VKontakte account.

 

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by selecting the option of “Do not send any notification to my email” in the security section of your Wieppo account.

 

How do I reset my Wieppo Account password?

Please follow the steps below to reset your Wieppo Account password.

  1. Select “Forgot Password” located just below the “Login” button when you sign in to your Wieppo Account;
  2. Enter the email address of the account you wish to reset the password for;
  3. If an account associated with said email exists, a password reset link will be sent to the email address (Note: This may take a couple of minutes);
  4. One you receive the confirmation link, simply click the link and follow the quick and simple steps to reset your password (Note: Please make sure Wieppo emails are not entering your spam or junk folder);

Why are prices different at different retail sites?

Prices at different retail sites to which we ship depend on operating costs, taxes, and other factors. It is our goal to set the lowest feasible prices for each market.

 

Are Wieppo device products available in my country?

You can buy easily from the online stores operated by Wieppo directly on Amazon, Aliexpress, Ebay, and others. If your country isn’t covered yet, no worries, we are constantly expanding our efforts to reach Wieppo fans all over the world.

Can I change my charger to a U.S. / Europe / U.K. one in my order?

We stock region-specific chargers in our regional warehouses. Alternative versions are available if users need to purchase.

 

Can I modify my invoice?

Unfortunately, once the order is delivered and signed, we will be not able to modify any information of the invoice. The only method is canceling the previous order and then making a new order again, but the shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.

 

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping method available in your region.

 

What should I do if I received wrong or missing merchandise?

If you received wrong or missing merchandise please contact support@wieppo.com ASAP with photo evidence of your claim. Once we receive your claim we will process it ASAP.

 

What should I do before I sign for your parcel?

First, you should confirm the tracking information and the outer packaging; next, check if there are any breakages or abnormal damage. Then, please open your parcel in front of the courier to confirm the quantity and marque of merchandise and packing list. If there’s anything abnormal, please contact support@wieppo.com

Is Wieppo device products water resistant or waterproof?

Unless we declared the Ingress Protection Test Certificate of a product, most of the device products of Wieppo are not Ingress Protection (IP) certified for water and dust resistance. However, we designed our products to hold up to day-to-day environmental factors, using your devices in light rain or wet hands occasionally should not damage your device. However, please be aware that your warranty may be void if liquid damage indicators inside your device are triggered.

 

Why do I need to provide videos and photos for the repair team?

By providing us with videos and photos, you will help our repair team identify the issue and expedite the diagnostic process.

 

Can I purchase specific parts for my device?

Unfortunately, we do not currently sell specific parts.

 

What should I do if I received a broken product?

If you’re here, firstly, we would like to apologize for the mishap and inconvenience before we take you through the refund process.

  1. Go back to the retail site where you purchased the product, contact us via support@wieppo.com;
  2. Provide clear pictures of the entire parcel, including packaging box, device box and order number;
  3. Submit a short description along with the necessary attachments;
  4. No worries. Our team at Wieppo will follow up with further processes;

What is the warranty policy for the Wieppo smartphones?

  1. The duration of warranty will be governed by the warranty policy of the online platform of sale, or by the local warranty laws of the country of sale;
  2. Customer Service would response within 24hrs through email;
  3. 30-day money back for No Reason will be covered by the warranty;
  4. Damaged LCD screen or defective battery one-to-one exchanges will be covered by the warranty within 6-month;
  5. We provide our customers the maximum 12-month warranty period;
  6. This warranty does not cover any defect arising due to the misuse of the unit;
  7. Damages causes to the unit, by accidents, lightning or any other force majeure will not be covered by this warranty;
  8. Electrical hazards due to connecting to high voltage and wrong power supply will not be covered nor treated under warranty;

 

Will rooting or unlocking the bootloader void my warranty?

The technical process of rooting or unlocking the bootloader does not void the warranty of a smartphone. However, we strongly suggest you to only root or unlock the bootloader of your Wieppo smartphone if you are confident in your understanding of the risks involved. By accessing resource regularly unavailable to the software may damage your hardware during or after the procedure. Such damage is not covered under warranty. In warranty handling, we will first need to verify that any faulty behavior is unrelated to rooting or unlocking.
